All prices are shown in EURO € unless otherwise specified. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. You, the client, may make an offer to us to purchase our services advertised on our site at the specified price by placing a booking with us by any acceptable means and by making the required payment of a deposit or full fee at the time of booking (including any taxes). You will have been taken to have communicated your offer when all the requirements set out in these terms and conditions have been met. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any offer made by you for any reason (or no reason), including a failure to receive payment in full, an error in the advertised price for, or description of, the services on the website, or an error in your booking. In the event that we cancel your booking, you may nominate to receive a full refund or to reschedule a cruise for an alternative available date.
The boat can accommodate 8 (eight) passengers. When booking for a specific number of people to join the cruise, number of spaces booked will have to be paid for in full, irrespective of any party member dropping out or not turning up, since we turn down all other potential customers once passenger numbers per cruise are achieved. So kindly make sure you know how many people will actually be joining the cruise prior to making your booking, and book accordingly.

Please choose the desired cruise date carefully before making a booking, as once you are booked all other potential customers are turned down. If, for whatever reason, you choose to cancel your cruise up to 4 days prior to the scheduled departure, you will forfeit any deposit paid. Cruises cancelled less than 3 days prior to the scheduled departure will incur full payment of the booked cruise and all outstanding balances will have to be paid in full.
Change of dates may be accommodated, at our discretion, if notified at least 4 days prior to the cruise and depending on availability of those dates.
Trips cancelled by us due to bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances, like machinery failure etc., will be rescheduled to another suitable date as close as possible to the original date. You must be flexible to accept the available date offered to you, giving you at least 3 days’ notice. We will endeavour to give you a date of your choice but that might not always be possible. If you fail to accept the given dates on more than 2 occasions, we can proceed to canceling your booking and refunding your deposit minus an 80-euro administrative fee which will be retained. Any credit card fee paid at the time of making the booking cannot be refunded.
If you are booked for a cruise which is confirmed by any means of communication, please contact us for any questions you might have regarding the cruise, at least a day prior to it.
Failure to turn up (“No Show”) for a scheduled cruise will incur any outstanding payments for said cruise and you will not be rescheduled for another date.
You are required to be present at the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to the allocated time of departure. Failure to turn up on time may result in the boat starting the cruise without the delayed passengers. In such an event,:
Individual bookings may be accepted but without guarantee that the cruise will take place on the scheduled date, should the minimum number of passengers, required to make the cruise viable, is not achieved.
Cruises cancelled due to Force Majeure will be rescheduled to another date on mutual agreement and the deposit paid will be carried forward to the new date. If for some reason you are unable to reschedule and request the cancellation of the cruise, then you will forfeit any deposit that has been paid. Deposits forfeited cannot be carried forward and used at a later date.
Health and Safety: It is your duty to ensure that you are fit enough to cope with the activities of the day. All passengers must declare any pre-existing medical condition that may affect their day out on the water prior to booking and departure. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor before booking your charter. Please notify us for any special arrangements. We reserve our right to refuse a person’s attendance on our boat for medical reasons and you agree that this is a reasonable act taken by us to ensure your safety and the safety of our crew.
Fishing Net Cruises do not supply seasickness tablets. It is recommended that passengers use seasickness tablets according to doctor’s advice and personal needs. In the event a passenger gets seasick, Fishing Net Cruises is not obligated to bring any passenger back to the harbour until the cruise is completed. The exception is in extreme cases where a passenger or crew member requires immediate medical attention and the decision is made by us to cease operating the cruise to ensure the person’s wellbeing. You agree that we are not responsible or obliged to give refunds or offer an alternate cruise in these circumstances.
Due to occupational health and safety, we prescribe the minimum age of any allowable passenger on a cruise to be six (6) years old. All minors must be under the control of and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the cruise, who takes full responsibility for monitoring the minor passenger’s behavior.
It is required that all passengers behave in a safe and respectful manner to all staff, other passengers and our property. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour on board will not be tolerated and could result in removal from the boat. Illegal activity is expressly prohibited and will result in removal from the boat. You agree to be responsible for the conduct of any guests brought onto the boat and you agree to forfeit any payment made to us in such circumstances.
You are required to comply with any safety instructions given by the captain. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the cruise.
We reserve the right to refuse anyone entry on the boat due to operational or safety reasons.
Use of any illegal substances or intoxication will result in the termination of the cruise. The captain has the sole discretion to make these decisions and there will be no refunds.
Alcohol is permitted on board the boat in moderate amounts. Passengers must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. It is the responsibility of the passengers to abide by all alcohol consumption rules and to act responsibly when consuming alcohol to avoid any unsafe or anti-social behaviour. There may be times when we consider it appropriate to refuse or prohibit passengers to consume alcohol at any time during the cruise. You agree that this is our absolute right and refusal by any person on board to adhere to our request will result in an immediate cessation of the operation of the cruise. You agree to be responsible for any guests brought onto the boat and you agree to forfeit of any payment made to us in such circumstances. Alcohol consumption does affect your ability to adapt to the conditions present at sea and we highly recommend you have plenty of food and water available when consuming alcohol.
Smoking is only allowed on the outside deck, however respect and care for the environment is required. Appropriate ashtrays for cigarette butts are provided onboard the boat.
Travel times to and from destinations are included in the length of the cruise.

Any legal dispute between passenger and Fishing Net Cruises concerning or arising out of such carriage in any way whatsoever shall be subject to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
